At the consumer's request, meters will be re-read. There is no charge for a re-read.
Also at the consumer's request, a residential meter will be pulled and tested and a temporary meter will be installed. A $25 deposit is required before testing will be conducted. If the meter is found to be working properly, the $25 will not be refunded.
